Got some cheapo meat in the cheap meat department...
Besides feeding it to the dogs, how do you cook this stuff?

One of the recipes I use is to take a tenderized round steak. Mix up your favorite stuffing and cover the round steak with it, then roll up and pin it with toothpicks and bake it at 350 for an hour to hour and a half. Then mash some potatoes and make up some brown gravy. Cut into a pinwheel look and serve.

1). Stew, stew, stew (not our Stew  ). Potatoes, carrots onions, green beans, (insert favorite). Cook it up and eat. If you make a bunch you can freeze it and then have all-afternoon-cooked stew just moments away in the microwave.
2). Jerky.
3). Salsbury steak.
4). What Firedog said.

Chicken Fried Steak  . Pound flour into it with a meat tenderizer until it is about a 1/4" thick. Then dip it in a egg wash, then flour. Pan fry until golden brown, serve smothered in gravy with mashed potatoes. My favorite, but you couldn't tell by looking at me

Yeah... I decided either chicken fried, (my fav too! YUM!) or swiss... It's in steaks, so stewing won't really work.
Thanks, guys!
