I have a 9.9 mercury longshaft, just had it completly gone thru, new rings and other important stuff, here lies the problem when I go above a 1/4 throttle it falls flat on it's face, it idles great starts first pull, but here is the real weird thing if I put it on full tilt it will rev to the starts and throw a roost but the second it comes down from tilt it begins to stahl again, the exhaust tube it clean someone said it is running too lean..Please help..I will pay either in fishing trip, cash or good ol beer..thanks Mike
