last week coming into Ilwaco i speed up past the coast guard dock and my 19' bayliner wouldnt come up on plane. worked fine just before that. no bang, no rattle or clunks. it moves fine at trolling speed but wont go any faster. RPMs come up but the boat wont go. first thing i thought was the prop. pulled the prop and took it to Sheffelds in Portland, they diassembled it and found nothing wrong. any ideas out there. if I lost a gear or shaft in the outdrive I dont think the boat would move at all. i have a 140HP IO.
