My grandparents have both passed away, and I am a co-trustee of the estate. It's a terrible time to be selling houses, but I have to sell these in order to close out the Trust, and start dividing the assets to the family members.

It's 2.10 acres, just outside town, 3bd, 2 bath, listed at 285,000.
The other house for sale is about 3 minutes from the Carver boat launch on the Clackamas River, located on Springwater Road. We haven't actually listed this property yet with a real estate agent, I just thought maybe somebody here may be interested or know somebody that may be interested. It's an older house, 3 bd, 1 bath, sitting on a .50 lot. Originally we had the property assessed near $200,000. We're asking 180,000.
Let me know if anybody is interested or want a tour of either house. I can get pics in a few days of the house in Carver if people are interested or they can PM and I'll PM you the address so you can go drive by and take a look.
Of course if sold to an IFISHER, there will be a healthy donation to Ifish.Net!
