Hey Fellow IFishers,
I have a room that I am renting in my house. Would be great for a college student and/or young professional as I am 35.
If you know of anyone let me know and I will give you more details, but the basics are:
$550 a month plus 1/2 of utilities (about $40-$60) a month depending on the season. @ bedroom, one bath.
It is a cool house trust me.
