Been fishing Merwin a lot this year and having a blast. Going to try East/Paulina also in a couple of weeks. I know Kokanee spawn in the fall, but not sure if all of them do, or only a %/Size etc. Does Kokanee fishing wind down in the fall, or keep on going? What about late fall and winter, any Kokanee fishing options then? What kind of fishing opportunities can one expect after the summer? Guess I've become Kokonutz!

Bumping this to the top because I have the same question. I havent been out on the water in a few weeks and have kinda been going through koke withdrawls (its a hard habit to kick!). I know that the kokes life cycle is 2-3 years so they cant all head up river in the fall, but is it worth wetting a line this time of the year now that they have the green head - red body thing going on in my neck of the woods?
