240 lbs resistance (upgradable to 420). Comes with 2 sets handles (one long, one short) and one lat bar. I have the instruction manual as well. Good shape (nearly new) no rips in bench cover. Lifetime warranty on the rods. Selling for a neighbor. $175 OBO. Located in Canby.
