4.3 volvo fuel injection gasoline fuel consumption

Have a 19 ft seasport. Interested to hear from any ifisher who has a fuel consumption monitor system installed in any make boat and or length with the volvo 4.3 fuel injected engine with the volvo outdrive. Need to know the fuel consumption at 2700 rpm, 2800 rpm, 2900 rpm, 3000 rpm, 3100 rpm, 3200 rpm 3300 rpm, 3400 rpm. I understand all the possible variances like weight, hull design etc. Just trying to find in general the optimum gas consumption for this engine at reasonable speeds. My seasport will attain 4800 rpms however, not interested in high speed and high fuel consumption.

Volvo has fule consumption graphs on their website. You can also look at boattest.com and find a simular boat with a simular engine and see a fule consumption graph.
