Bowflex Ultimate XTLU. This includes 310 lbs rod resistance. Lat Tower, leg extension, converts to rowing machine. This has been great while rehabbing a shoulder and knee injury from football. I have a gym membership through work and no longer need the machine. Power Rods have a life time warranty.
