My Simrad 33 GPS chartplotter keeps going into its initializing screen every few minutes then gives me gps and depth data only to fizzle out again to the startup screen. I have checked my connections, radar unit uses same buss bars as GPS and it stays on. It does this regardless of engine running or not, does it at the dock as well as when fishing. Before I drop in the box for repair can any one tell me if I should check anything else?
