My fishing buddy had a baby earlier this year so we haven't been out together much this year. Well, he finally got the kitchen pass to have a guys weekend fishing and we are trying to decide between East or Crescent lake. I have downriggers and we'd like to targert Browns or Mac's. I've seen the great reports on Browns at East and have been up there twice this year but have yet to catch one over 12 inches. I'm obviously not doing something right. Can anyone point me in the right direction for either of these lakes?

East Lake is good choice. There are big big big brown in there. Rapala jerk baits in silver colors work well in 6".You can use briad with florocarbon leader or downriggers or flat lining also work well right after ice out is one of the
best times to fish!!!Good luck. Don't for get to bring a net or you may loose some! :):D:thisbig::meme:
