So i went up to craine prarie and we got there around 6:30 a.m. We fished the quinn river and cultus channels most of the day with no luck. We were fishing with rapalas and going after craine praries famous "crainebows". so we were out on the lake for about 4 hours and hadnt caught nothing so we were gonna troll back to the boat ramp to load the boat up and go. We were 20 feet away from the boat ramp and wham i get a huge hit. so i spent about 10 min fighting the fish and finally landed it. It was a 6lb brook trout such a beautiful fish. Well worth the trip to say the least!!! Fish of a lifetime!!
