Out exploring today and found this. Couldn't spot any fish at all. It looks good. Not posted no trespass. not too hard to get too, although you can't just dive and park on the bank. The one thing that bothers me is ...no garbage , no coors light cans, no empty styro. worm containers, almost clean, weird!
This might be some folks secret spot so I don't want to describe much detail. I'll be checking it out pretty soon for myself but I'd be interested in hearing any info from fellow fishers.
It's not far from Portland and pretty close to the big C. send me a P.M. if you feel like it. shhhh, don't tell anybody. :)

There are no worm containers and garbage because there are no fish obviously... soooo... you should not bother wasting your time fishing there and just tell me where it is at:D

I don't know...but my guess is a slough that floods in the winter and becomes a pond/lake in the dry season?

Hm, freeway lake/pond/slough that runs along I-84 heading east from Portland? Other guess would be one of the backwater sloughs on the willy above Oregon City.

If you can locate it on a map, go down to the court house, go to the assesment and taxation office. The can tell you who owns the surrounding property with phone numbers. This is a free service and it may save you from a not free ticket.

I wish I would have checked this place out myself Instead of starting this thread. I didn't want to mike people try and guess, I also didn't want it to sound like I was teasing folks like "i found a fishing hole and you don't know where it is". I guess that I thought that with the huge number of ifish members Some body would have info and they could tell me what to expect before I returned There with a rod. This pond is just off Sundail Rd. in Troutdale. A bike path goes right by it. On a map it's called Company lake. I think that a concrete plant takes water from it. I wasn't able to fish it yet but I went by it and a guy was fishing but he didn't catch any thing while I watched. Hopefully it's O.K. for the public fish. I do think that the lack of litter could indicate that it's not a hot spot.
If somebody gets out there I hope you let us know what you find.
