Custom Mini Blinds designed by my German Wirehaired Pointer.

This rare art work is only one of four made July 4th. This abstract set of blinds not only adds a large amount of flare to the room but also helps to detour any thieves as it provides the appearance that your home has already been broken in to and there is nothing left to steal.

Good morning from your friendlly classified ad moderators;

While Ifish rules do allow you to help friends and family (is the manufacturer of this item still either?), we have very strict rules prohibiting sales of mass produced items, i.e., multiple sales. This is to prevent potential competition with our valued sponsors. Yes, it's true we have no art gallery sponsors, nevertheless a rule is a rule and we need to avoid unwanted precedents.

Can you please assure us the manufacturer in question (is he/she awake yet?) doesn't intend to mass produce these unique blinds and thus profit at the expense of others?

Oh, and be sure to avoid listing the manufacturer's contact information, since the sales must be conducted through an Ifish member. If this manufacturer wishes to join, he/she must first meet the minimum 50-post requirement before creating any more, umm..."unique"...items for resale.

Thanks very much for your assistance and understanding.

(P.S. The ad title and the item's creator...perhaps even the percussion-like source of the creation...all suggest perhaps this ad might be a better fit in our new hunting category.)

I haven't stopped laughing for the past 5 minutes! That picture's now my work place screen saver. Looks great on the 50" wall mounted monitor. Uh, does this mean I've violated some sort of copyright infringement laws?

Bill, your legal terminology is intimidating.
One question though, this add reminds me of the 'used tissue for sale' and how long was that floating around?
If I remember correctly you had expressed interest in that mass produced item. :excited:
That was put together beautifully.

Concerning the blinds though,
can the angle adjustment rod be used on either end of the blind?

Instead of the artist?

(That seems a tad intimidating as well!)

I currently have curtains in my house. Is the artist available to do something with these. They are light brown and floor length. If you need more specifics, let me know. This guy is a heck of an interior decorator.:D

I like the way the blinds let the light in. Makes the room seem bigger. I wonder if that is what that were trying to achieve.

'Nice but, I wouldn't even consider buying them unless you are throwing-in a custom-designed blind duster for them. :D Don

That's why I'm glad I have a wiener dog. Too short to reach the windows.

OMG!!! I had the same thing done to 6 windows at my house a few years ago. My black lab went nuts for some reason. When i pulled in the driveway and seen this I thought I was robbed for sure, later to find out it was the dog!!!! :passout::passout::passout::passout::passout:

Yeah I have 4 sets of blinds that look pretty similar to that. Not to mention a large section of carpet ripped up off the floor! My neighbors thought the same thing you did as far as being robbed. I saw them outside the yesterday... "What happened? Did you guys get your house broken into?" Embarrassing...

I'm considering throwing in the designer too...

Doesn't a GWP actually constitute a custom-designed duster?

Although .99 cents seems to be fair I never pay full price, it's the american way...

Would you take .35 cents if it were a quarter and 2 nickels?

Try making an offer for all four and he might drop the price.
