This is a great place to live at a very low price. Very close in to cut down on the commute times. It will be hard to find a place at this price this close to the Max station. Good neighborhood on a quiet street.
I am looking for a respectful responsible tenant who will take care of this little gem. I prefer people with clean records but will make case by case exceptions. Verified employment a must.

Centrally located within a minute from the freeway entrance near I205 and Sandy. It is only a short 4 block walk to the Max / Trimet bus transit station at 95th and Sandy. Being so close to awesome transportation like the Max Station and I205 will open many destinations and jobs such as Downtown Portland, PDX Airport (Ikea, Best Buy etc), Clackamas Town Center (coming soon). Within walking distance are a couple hotels for close employment. It is also on a quiet dead end street
