Hello Ifishers and fellow Diamond Lakenites,
The final draft of the Diamond Lake Management Plan will be considered at the ODFW Commisioners meeting in Grants Pass on September 4th. It is my understanding if approved the plan WILL become the foundation on which decisions will be made concerning the management of Diamond Lake for possibly years to come.
The plan not only deals with just the Diamond Lake fishery but also any type of event or activity held at the lake:flowered:
The Management Plan has been through a lengthy process to get to this piont and much thanks to all those who worked so hard in formulating the plan:applause:
This is the publics last opportunity to voice their concerns or thoughts on the way Diamond Lake should be managed in future years.
I encourage everyone to take this opportunity to express your thoughts in a positive and respectful manner, but by all means let your thoughts be heard.
