Anyone have any good reports on the crappie fishing on the snake?

We found crappie in both the Hells Pools and Oxbow pools.
Size ran similar to the Powder Arm of Brownlee, 6-7" the norm w/ 8-9" if you sort through enough.
Biggest was 12".
I came back w/ 2 gal of crappie meat, 1gal catfish an 1 gal bass, and a quart bag of perch.

Just got back from Farewell Bend area. Crappie were hot off and on all day below Spring Creek. We did well catfishing also but we were in the minority.
