Sat, fishing jigs for Kokes good steady action, you know it's going to be a good day when you get a hook up on the first drop of the jig. Had a nice surprise of 3 decent browns who also couldn't resist an AUFISH101 pink and white 1/2oz jig. Sunday COLD, heavy fog, stiff breeze, but very willing Kokes, limited out whithin an hour(thankful to be off the water), and that was with losing at least 3 at the boat, and tossing one smaller one back. All fish taken on the southern half of the lake, 20ft range, 12+ inch fish on average.

Thanks for the report! Glad to hear the kokes are looking good again this year. Any chance you got a water temp?

Good job. As many times as I've visited the crater have never fished East Lake for kokes. May give it a try this summer. Thanks for the heads up.

My neighbor was there this weekend. The water temp was 58 until the wind turned up the water and it dropped to 55.
Browns were slow. They got less then ten for 3 rods for the weekend.
Kokes/rainbows were steady they were catching 50 to 60 a day releasing most. No big browns reported.
