Custom seating

Anyone know of a anybody that does custom seating. I want a Seahawk or Commander and my wife wants dare I say it.... a ski boat, it would be fun, but how would I fish? She was complaing that the seating isn't as comfortable. I saw a Commander with ski boat style seating on CL one time, thought to myself how silly and here i am thinking how I can make my wife happy and still get MY boat. I'd would like to make it removable so we could put the fishing seats back in.
