Start with the basics; is it getting enough fuel? Is it getting enough air?

Since it idles its getting 'some' spark.

Choke stuck?

Fuel filter clean?

Carb main jet plugged with goop from winter storage? That would be my guess.

What is it?

The bottom line is it's leaning out, either from too much air or not enough fuel. An air leak in the case is common on a few skis. If you run it long enough, it will melt or break a piston. If it runs better with some choke, you likely have a leak.

Follow orcas suggestion of cleaning out the carbs. It's good routine maintenance if nothing else.

if you just cleaned the carb, that was a waste of your time

you need to rebuild these things and adjust the pop off valve

did you do that, i bet you did not

also you can get the carb tuning guide from mikuni, but i want to say that your ski has a kiehin
