I am heading to Wickiup for five days starting tomorrow. If the bite isn't on I will hit one or two of the other lakes in the area. This is my first trip over there this year and I am looking forward to some big Koke's! If anyone is over there, stop by and say hi. I have a black alumaweld stryker with saltydog stickers on the back. I will be fishing alone in the mornings if anyone is interested in sharing ideas and just plain BS. My wife sleeps in but likes to fish in the afternoon....

Good Luck! I just left yesterday after 5 days. Things were slow! We camped at Gull Point, the campground was fine. I marked the most fish just out from the campground in the channel. The next spot was down closer to the dam. A few fish were caught early in the morning trolling wedding rings with white corn. We went to Lava two days because the fishing is so slow in Wickiup. The kokanee are large and beautiful if you can find them. Hope you have a great trip.
