Fished Davis friday night and sat morning. Some Bass seem to have spawned, some are on beds, some are cruising in pairs. Probably cause the yoyo weather this year. We caught quite a few considering the conditions. Although we only caught 2 or 3 just below 5 lbs. all the others would be hard to pass as 2.5 lbers. smaller than last years average by a bit. Might have been timing or just a bunch of the males. But as always those things were some serious fighters. leaches and long strips of rabbit fur.
