What do you guys think I can get a 5hp or a 10hp engine used for? Im getting a 10ft aluminum boat and I was just curious about the cost of engines. Thanks.

I had a 5hp engine for sale. It was a engine that was in nearly new mint condition. I priced it for a quick sale for $50 dollars. No one was interested, everyone seem to think something was wrong with it because of the low price.
Well I changed the price to $175 dollars and sold it. And it was a real bargan at that price. Pricing a small outboard engine is difficult. You have to be a good judge of engines to know when you are getting a good deal.
I'm sure there are some real bargans out there, just have to look around for them a know enough to recognise a bargan when you see it.
