I see a few people are getting this mod done. I also did this a few years ago and am really pleased with this feature. My question is about the sink part. I have a '05 Seahawk and haven't found the right sink yet as the stern has a funny angle to it to match up a normal sink to. If you have the same set up as mine, what type of sink do you have, company, style and were did you mount it? Thanks,Todd

The sink on mine is the kicker bracket.
You can kinda see it here:

I like that way, but my motor is mounted on the offshore bracket like the main motor. Most of the ones I've seen are pretty square and won't mount very easily against the stern because of the angle there. Another problem might be the access and use of the tiller handle if I was to mount one flush with the top of the stren or gunnel area. Any other ideas or pictures.

do you have a fish box on the stern? run the hose in there and use it or put a plastic jug in there with the hose running in to it with the plug pulled to let the overflow run out. third thing you can do his have someone weld up a alluminum box and set that into the fish box and use it like the plastic jug/coffee can. I am cheep on some things:passout:

No fish box on the stern! Mine has the 2 inch lip then the flat part of the stern. I can't hang one on the outside because of this. I could hang one on the inside of the boat but then it would drain into the boat, don't want that mess. I could bolt one onto the outside of the stern above the offshore bracket but again it wouldn't match up well because of the angle. Maybe a custom fab job?

I have the same transom that you have. I had a fish cleaning table made by a buddy you can see a little of it in the T-8 thread post 19 http://www.ifish.net/board/showthread.php?t=190030
I have since modified it to fit in two rod holders I installed on the transom. Before the mod it would hook the lower lip and stay in place with a piece of the star board below the trailing edge. see attached photo. I will have to take some more pictures in the am and post it. I copied a friends design after making him a 2'X3' SS. Find it in the WA chap. of BD under the Slaughter House at Neah Bay

Now in you picture do you have the container sitting on the cleaning station, and it set back far enough to have it drain over ther stern? Now that might work. i need to see if I have enough adjustment to move the station all the way back so that it hangs over the stern far enough to allow it to drain outside the boat. Maybe a spout or tubing to direct the overflow back into the water.

yes it sits over a drain hole that when i pull a ss screw it will drain. I do have a small drain hole on the side about 1/2" down from the top that keeps the water below the rim
