Warning about solvents on plastic reel parts.

I like to use the spray solvents like Gun Scrubber to clean reels when servicing. Make sure you buy the brands that are safe for synthetic parts.
I just relearned this lesson when I grabbed the wrong can and melted the side plate on one of my old Shimano Bantams.
