Caught her on Friday. I lost my scale the weekend before so that really sucks but at least I had a camera and my son and daughter for wittnesses this time. She was 21 and half inches long and real fat, even shot a few eggs on the boat. We didn't see her, we were just flippin lilly pads. Caught her on a brush hog in about 5 foot of water. Only boated one other fish for the day and that was my daughters. Took these two pics and put her back to do her thing. Hope ya enjoy the pics.

That's a TOAD! What a pretty bass! Congrats and well done :applause:. Cool that you got a good pic of that big fish and that you got to share the experience with the kids. Where, exactly were you fishing? Ha Ha, just kidding- don't answer that- not even in a pm- that was a joke :D Just waiting for that question to come up next- he he
Nice work!!!!

Hey thanks everyone. I don't mind saying where she came from. Cheadle lake in lebanon, I know you ment that as a joke Dave but the way I see it there are bass like this one in many of the local waters all over. If your from around here and you fish for bass then you probably know of the "mill pond". If you look close you can see how beat up her fins and tail are. She was a fighter too, even did a real nice tail walk like you see on TV. My daughter eyes were huge when my son pulled her in the boat.

Super Fluke, you have kids? I thought you were pretty young. Maybe I am getting you and your son mixed up. Anyways, kids are great. My son is eleven and lives to fish, he's got the bug worse than I did at his age (11) and I had it bad. He is getting pretty good too. He is really doing well with a baitcaster this year and is getting to that age where he has is own ideas on where the bass are and what they want to eat. It's pretty sweet to see him put something that works together on his own. My daughter is 8 and has never been real into fishing but I do enjoy when we talk her into going with us and she has a ball even though she won't admit it.

This is Super Fluke Senior, yes my oldest is going to be 17 and my youngest is going to be 15.I've spent my whole life taking them fishing. They are also involved with sports.I tried my best to teach them how to catch anything that swims. It's lots of fun and it only gets better as they get older.Teach the where and when and hows.Good Luck and soon enough they will be out fishing you!
