willy grand slam!

Well I tried fishing the willy off the bank in Or City area this afternoon for a couple hours and was pleasantly surprised! Actually caught some bluegill; then some crappie, then some smallies all in the same spot. All fish were pretty small but I finally got a real nice smallie about 1-1/2 pounds; pretty cool. Tried another spot and even got a Perch!

Anyone know the temp around PDX lately or have additional reports on smallie? Would think it was good weekend for fishing?

Thanks for the temp......it looks like a lot of folks did well this weekend as suspected based on reports here. I think I may go back this weekend as well as it seems the smallie peak is here!

i wish i could say the same for myself, i did better the last few weeks than i managed to pull out this weekend, oh well you win some you lose some, congrats on your success though!! :applause:
