Simtustus Fishing Report Requested

Does anyone have a report on how good or bad the fishing was on Simtustus this weekend?

I am planning on a trip there this week and want to know whether it is worthwhile.

Last Wed. we got 1 Kok. and the rest were trout. 10 to 12 in. range.
Thur. , trout only, 10 to 12.
Fri., 9 hrs. for 3 fish.
Sat., 4 hrs. for 1 fish.
Can you say Lock Jaw ??
We packed up and came home early.

05/11- Started slow, very cold... As the day warmed up, so did the fishing. We caught 35-40 Rainbows in the 10" to 13" range trolling wedding rings tipped with night crawlers and light flashers with a single, large split-shot for weight. We were in the cleaner water, but not close to the dam. I didn't see any big fish caught.

I was there a couple of weekends ago and we did real good on red flashers, red wedding rings and worm. That was the ticket and one rod out fished everything else with that combo. Most of the fish we caught were 10”-14” but the kids had a good time. In two hours we had about 8-10 fish both days. O and we did well in front of Indian Park.
