SSSSSSSSLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!
Boated about 15 fish in three days between 1 1/2 and 3 pounds. Did get two three pounders on an ultra lite which was allot of fun. Weather pretty much sucked and surprisingly, could net get one hit on plastics. Almost all were caught on spinners baits. The motto became, it it isn't working change something. Open a beer, catch a fish. Put on an ugly lure you have never used, catch a fish. Take a nip from the flask, catch a fish. I put on one huge spinner bait that had all this silver flake in the skirt and blades. My buddies ask what I was using and I said hey, if it ain't working, you got to change something. One cast, one fish. The weird thing was that we could never dial in a pattern all week. I don't think we caught a fish on the same lure twice. I'm guessing with this weather, the weekend should be hot. We were hoping to catch them on the beds and throw some rattle traps, which is always a kick.
