Lost Lake (above the nehalem)

I am wondering what the deal is with Lost Lake? I have fished the lake before but have never seen so many people there as i did a few weeks ago. Its a small lake and there had to be around 40 vehicles clogging the roads. I was up there cutting some firewood my parents who live on the nehalem. Did they just stock it with some monster trout or is there something that i dont know about this lake?

I agree, when I first started going there eight years ago, there would be maybe 4 or 5 other fisherman total. The last time I went last summer, there were 10 cars parked. It is only about a 5 acre lake. It should be called "Found Lake" now...

According to the ODFW web site, it was scheduled to be planted with 3000 legal size trout the week of 4/27.
