S. Century Drive Road Construction

Be advised if you are heading to Crane or Wickiup, that road construction on South Century Drive is continuing. Daily they are grinding up more and more of the asphalt. I would guess that between the Deschutes river and Burgess road, half of the road is gravel. I have had several 20 minute waits in the morning. They usually start around 7 am and work Saturdays. It might be worth the extra drive to take HWY 97 to Wickiup junction or the South Sunriver exit and NFD 40 rd to Century Drive.

Is the construction between Wickiup and Hwy 58?

Nope. It it between HWY 97 and Wickiup.

Bump for the big weekend. And, this is a gift that keeps on giving. More road was ground up this past week so there is even more gravel between HWY 97 and Burgess rd on South Century.
