Detriot Bank fishing?

I was thinking of driving over and fishing Detroit, but I don't have much expereince there. Any suggestions on good places to bank fish for the day there? Just want to get out and enjoy a rare day off and catch some fish. Thanks guys and gals.

you can fish off the dam,Ive used a stud from a belt and some line and a hook that I borrowed and caught about 8 fish in an hour there.

right after the state park (heading east) you cross Tumble Creek, that's a very popular spot. Or around the lake and hit the Blowout Creek arm.

Southshore campground area might be good too.

I've never caught many fish around Breitenbush River or the marinas "downtown"
