what is your favorite crappie rig?

goin to prinneville in july. i have the bass dialed in but not so much on the crappie. what should i get (color wise, i have most of the tube jig colors) and what is your favorite rig?

IMHO, I just like a small 1/16 or 1/32 oz jig head, as far as skirts go, we started out with just about every color imaginable, it seems like every year we go to brownlee the color choice is different. I have really come to like the small crappie tubes that cabelas sells with a sparkle in the skirt itself. hopefully this helps, i dont claim to be a crappie expert, but ive done my fair share of crappie fishing...

i have fished powder river for a couple years now and found that 1 1/2 inch curly tailed grub (white) with a spinner rig attached, such as mister twister sells works really well. other companys sell them to but i have killed the crappie and blugill on them. caught a small mouth on them as well. just fish down about 3 to six feet and start a moderate retrive and you should keep yourself real busy.

use a slip bobber also. this keeps the retrieve speed down to what the crappie like.
