The boat ramp at the usfs campground/boat ramp has been open for a couple of weeks. I have not been past first boat ramp at the dam, but the snow has been melting fast the last two weeks. I hope this helps

Called the ranger station this morning to check on Spring CG and it hasn't opened yet. Still snow on the road going around the lake also. Looks like better weather is forecasted for the end of this week, so hopefully it won't be too long.

Yeah, I tried to take my boat around to Spring Creek CG yesterday and had to do a hairy U-turn when I ran into quite a bit of snow on the road going around on the north side of the lake. Should have asked at the resort office, but didn't think it was an issue until I ran into it.

If you put in near the dam, watch out for the submerged buoys towards the resort docks.

Amen, Very irrisponsable of the resort to not mark that better. it is always a hazard with either just being under the surface or being on top with loose rope floating by it. If I had a prop I'd just cut it off! It has been there for a while:twocents:

I agree. Whoever is responsible for those buoy's isn't being very responsible.
