Where is the best place to tent camp?
I think the only place you can camp would be like the cougar camp or maybe beaver bay camp grounds but if your looking for kokanee me and a friend picked up 20 by boat at yale lake last sunday what a great time . check with pacific power and light for camping since they lease all of the property around those lakes:twocents:

Cresap Bay camp grounds is the only camp ground on Merwin I think. Its right off 503 just north of the Yale bridge on the left if you are headed north.
