View Full Version : Outboard jet pulling hard to the left

I ned to bend my fins again in my pump, it has been getting worse for some time but I keep forgetting to adjust them, I cannot remember if I bend them in the direction it is pulling or the opposite direction, any help?
Hmm, will be interesting to know. I have had outboard jets in the past and there are no fins to adjust in the intake or outlet of these pumps. Are you taking about the intake grill bars? I would just make sure they are straight. Outboard Jets make no mention of any adjustment for torque steer.

They are actually in the nozzle where the water comes out, you have to bend them with heavy duty pliers or a wrench, not easy to bend but they do make a difference.

Bend them to the right.
OK, gotcha, I sort of recall now. I looked at the drawings at Outboard Jets and didn't see that fin earlier.
