what does the error codes mean for a merc motor....we have a 60 4 stroke and its giving 6 peeps after its first stat beep.....

If it was a 2 stroke I would say it was the oil alarm ...
I don't know about the 4 stroke , I would call a dealer or find
someone with a manual ...
My oil alarm kept beeping, not stopping at 6. What does the owner manual say?
