Deschutes High & Muddy

Fished the Deschutes above Maupin yesterday, its high and muddy, difficult fishing. Spots I'm used to fishing were not available. All the snow is gone however, access roads clear. It was nice to see the sun yesterday for a bit. Go Pats!!!!!! :cheers:

how did you end up doing???? i was there on sat and caught 5 very large (i was informed by gizmo man that very large is in the 16-20 inch range and huge is over 20) rainbow trout. we caught them in only one place on the river and we fished alot of holes.
