Got a late start today left at noon 1 1/2 hr drive to the hole for 2hrs of fishing, so I drove longer than I fished, hate it when that happens. But was rewarded for the effort got 1 nice keeper and 2 nates released and lost one but never got it close enough to see what it was, the bonus was I had the whole river to myself... not to sound like it was a hot day on the river, as it started out I laced up a new pair of wading boots only to have an eyelet bust off, then on the way to the hole I slipped and fell I thought about using the rod to brace my self but tossed it into the snow. I would post the pic but I cant figure out how to resize it. "There's no high like chrome on the Fly" PM me for details... used a egg sucking leach purple w/bright pink egg 24"-30" below strike indicator http://www.ifish.net/uploads/31520920.jpg

I have been out to the wilson twice in the last two weeks - clear water days but no fish to the line - saw only one steelhead and a handful of aged salmon - the string continues - have fun

Worked the Kilchis pretty hard with Kodiakfisher Sunday. I'd say we were there at odarkthirty but we had to wait a half hour for that. :hoboy:
Hit some very fishy looking water, except that it was gin clear. No action but great getting out with KF and that nice fishing dress he was sporting.

Airborne, way to go. Glad to see that someone is hooking winters on flies this month.

Good Show, Pip Pip, etc. I guess you gotta get out to the river if you're gonna catch fish. Need to deal with that.

Congrats!
