For all of you that have e-mailed me regarding directions to my house for the Port Night get together: Please bear with me and I will get back to you within the next week. I am in the Property Damage Restoration business and due to the weather we had last week we are running at full steam and then some. We have water damages from broken pipes and roof leaks all over the Portland Metro area. Our work crews have been working almost around the clock doing emergency service dry-outs and I and our estimating staff are hitting anywhere from 7 - 10 jobs per day.

I figured I had better take a minute out to post this so you guys didn't think I was a flakin ya.

What a great way to start the new year, especially after going through a year as slow for business as last year was. $$$$$$

no sweat tanner. I just went to mapquest and typed in "Tanner's House" in the address box and got directions, so I'm all set.

I'm still hoping to get together and meet some of you guys, but at the same time I'm still waiting for a firm date on my shoulder surgery. Even if I can make it, my wife will have to drive me there and back. If I can make it, I hope you don't mind my wife babysitting me! graemlins/dork.gif

Plus, I don't drink wine. (I think that's what Port is?) I'll bring a few beers for myself if I can make it.

I live in the Milwaukie/Oak Grove area, and just found out that my surgery will be on Jan 26th. I should be ready to get out of the house by the 4th, but I'll be have to wait and see before I can confirm anything. I'll keep you posted, and if a ride with someone works out, that would be great!

Bobber,

I work in Milwaukie and will most likely be going unless I have to do jury duty as I know that's coming up sometime in Feb.

Stay in touch and if I'm going I'll give you a ride.

my wife surprised me with a wine tour for my 40th, it was a blast and I bought a nice bottle of pino noir port. Killer stuff, I'll brign some for you guys to try.
