Ooooffa! Love to more than anything cousin. Thing is, I'm headed to NY until the 22nd. graemlins/dork.gif Hopefully get some practice swinging flies back east so I'll be good and ready upon return. Got a new System 2L 78 reel I can't wait to use - picked it up on ebay for $50; brand new and suprise! - shows up loaded with backing and a new floating line. With that reel and a pocket full of gbs's, the suckers will drop to their knees trembling.
How'd you do in the morning with Mark?

Time to start wearing the waders...brrrrrrrrrr!
We walked up farther than we ever had and did not turn a fish! Saw only one caught all day and it was on the other side of the river just below Rattlesnake.

The only problem with those numbers are that the tribal gill net fishery is going on as we speak. In addtion to that I dont know why but this year there is no mesh size and retention and sale of steelhead is legal. There hasnt been a steelhead gill net season in years. Somebody has some friends in high places.

Yeah I bet the nets will take a bunch of fish. counted about 30 last week will probably at least double this week.
