Interesting reading your live report! We trolled by there once in the morning without a hit(there were a bunch of dock fishers-so we couldn't get too close) and we just kept right on going. We go did go right in that little corner to the left of the dock where they were last year, but nothing. Haha- we totally missed them- even knowing that's where they should be! We did catch one stocker right off the shallow point in front of the ramp, but we trolled around that area for a half hour with no more hits.
We moved on and searched the lake high and low for those darned stockers! We knew how small a spot they could hunker down in- but we couldn't find 'em. You should have seen our GPS trace of the lake for the day! We COVERED it!
Trolled 'till about 2pm without another hit and then saw a boat hook and lose a nice fish in the "middle" of the lake. So we stayed in that area and soon cousin Mike hooked and lost a nice one- than 10 minutes later hooks and loses another nice one(these were not stockers). Then right after that I got a 14 inch native. Then it went completely dead again until 5:30 when Mike finally landed one! A 19 incher!

I caught another 14 inch native a short while after that and we trolled 'till it was near dark with nothing else.
Had to take as seagull pic while the fishing was slow- actually I has time to take about 100 seagull pics!

The weather wa superb- a little windy but the sun shined most of the day.
