Well, this has been the best start I've ever had to a year of bass fishing. We started fishing at about 2:15. We only fished for about 2 hours and caught some good fish. I started the day off with a solid 5 pounder for my first fish of the year. Not much longer after that, my friend's dad, Scott, caught a nice 3.5 pounder. A little bit after he caught that fish, my friend's little brother, Landon, caught a nice 3 pounder. After the 3 pounder, I hooked into a good 3.5 pounder. Right after I caught the 3.5 pounder, Scott landed a 4 pounder. We went a while without landing a fish, then I caught a fish that was about 4 pounds. We continued to fish for another 20 minutes or so then called it a day. We missed another 3 fish. Here are some picture for you guys:
