upper willy this time of year

my friend and i will be fishing the canby area and wanted to know if any thing on the upper willy is worth fishing for right now. carp, catfish, bass, ect?

No idea on the carp or catfish, but you can catch bass now. It is tough fishing, but if you find them you should be able to catch a couple.

We caught 3 (2 boats - 4 guys) last Friday when the water temp was 43.3*, and it should be warmer now, but the water will be a lot muddier.

The water will be running around 38k cfs above the falls this weekend, so make sure those trolling motor batteries are in good shape.

I second the muddy part. Went out Wednesday for several hours out of Salem. Water was 46 - 47 Deg but visibility was very poor. Also taxed my trolling motor to the max. No fish, No bites but the sun was shining and it was the best day of fishing so far this year (also the first)
