UMMMMMM... Yeah.... title says all. But just in case: I want to do some bass fishing, and i live in gresham. i wanna know where a good place to go in this area is. I'm willing to travel, but the closer the better. DUH!:D... but in all seriousness, i don't really wanna travel more than 1/2 hour, if thats possible. I would appriciate any inside info. Thanks all

Later...... Dan

Fairview, Blue Lake, Salish. Everything else would require more than a 30 min drive.

One thing to note, the closer a body of water is to town, the more likely it has been hammered and highly pressured.

Rooster rock is less than half an hour away and has plenty of smallies and some large mouth to boot. I think you could get in to some bass fishing at chinook landing below the wing dam or in side near the docks.

When I was a teenager we would hike out to the sloughs at thousand acres in the spring and catch some nice 3-4lb smallmouth on jigs and worms.
