Does anyone know when the next class is scheduled? Can you purchase a blank for reasonable price at the same time?

There is a Workshop coming up, but it isn't a sit down and wrap a rod session. While there is a build a blank opportunity via the workshop, it isn't tying up a blank but making a blank from the raw material through the finish stage.

The build a blank part is limited entry. I know a couple people that have done this, but they are not members of this site. I'll let you know what I learn from it next month. I'm doing a 6wt fly rod blank.
The workshop is a great place for any skill level rod builder to learn new stuff from some of the best in the business. Vendors like Anglers Workshop, Batson Enterprises (Rainshadow), American Tackle, Pacific Bay Tackle, U40, All American Roller Guides and of course the Host Lamiglas all had stuff out for display and purchase.
Making water Slide Decals
Weaving
Story Pole guide Spacing
UV activated thread finish
Tiger Wrap
Cork Turning
Inlays
Just to name a few of the topics from last year. The Agenda for this year has not been finalized, but should be as good.
The main part of the workshop starts Friday afternoon April 3rd and continues through April 4th and finishes with a pot luck dinner and raffle drawing.
Build a Blank is probably full, but that starts on Thursday the 2nd.
