Hey Wolfhunter-
Thanks for organizing this trip. Count me in! I don't have boat or rowing experience eiter, but I'll bring the whiskey. I'll also help in any way I can: driving, shuttling, etc. I've got a 4 cylinder toyota pickup.
Looking forward to meeting you guys.

I would like to go. No boat. Very little rowing experience but willing to learn and do my fair share. Let me know if you got a spot for me. Will bring flies for whoever takes me.

What drift are you guys talking about doing?
Deehorn Park to Hendricks Bridge is one of my favorites and assuming no big changes since last year, an easy drift for beginners. Excellent fishing, we have had many 30+ fish days.

I belive I can make that date. As I had mentioned earlier, limited rowing here as well. I have a 6 cyl toyota to shuttle with if that helps.

Wolfhunter,
I am open on the 28th also and have a boat. I will have one and possibly two already in my boat. If it is one I will gladly post the open seat. I am inexperienced on the McKenzie, but can row. Let us know the details.

Wolfhunter -- How formal are we going to be? Just see who show's up and hope for the best, or more coordinated assignments, match-ups in advance? I will be out most of next week, but can check the Board on Thursday, 3/27. Hopefully, we will know the who, where and when by then.

what drift are you planning??
makes a difference to some of us, if it's one I'm comfortable with, I'll be there with 2 seats available.

I've found a rower! Whew, Joey steelhead will be rowing my lame self about. on the "Blue-Carp."
Joey Steelhead isn't the most proficient & experienced rower. I have PFD's on board!
ps. are we going to shuttle our own rigs or is it easier to hire a local shuttle service???

i'd be interested in drifting along too. What run are you doing? I've done the Hayden to Armitage only so far, would like to learn another run. I most likely would have an open seat. I'll post it if i do. So what run is it going to be?

The gage at Walterville is at 6.5', at that level I wouldn't recommend the Deerhorn to Hayden dift, it will be blown out. Especially if the rains the rest of the week as forecasted.

Wolfhunter...Wolfhunter....? Where are you?
Does the water look fishable for the MB's scheduled for Friday???
Should we be thinking another date?
Everybody, let's tally-up our ideas!

Selfishly, I would be psyched if it were another day. Something came up this week... besides the rivers.
By the way, took a drive out to see the Wilson saturday - WOW! Looked like the Colorado, with a few large trees in it. Crazy thing is a guy was launching his kayak in the thick of it... that's hardcore!

I may have to hop out. JoeySteelhead predicts bad water. I gotta believe him.
What is the general concensus?
"Bueler...Bueler....?"
"Anyone.......Bueler?"
