lets make this a strong turnout and get some trout caught, i am educated on the river and which flies work best.
if u dont have a boat, post anyway, and we will get you a seat somehow.
here are the flies:
#12 march browns, standard or parachute
#14 brown caddis
#12 p-tails or hares ears
#14 soft hackles brown, sparse collars
these will get the job done preferably have some heavy weighted nymphs to get those little ones down: thats my tip for success just incase of no surface action.
fish on.................................

I am interested if someone has an open seat. Depends on the date of course but but the last weekend (including Friday) looks good. I will start tying.

Is this an open invitation for a fishing trip? What river? Mackenzie? Willamette?
I would love to join you guys. I have no boat or rowing experience, but I'd be glad to bring the coffee, whiskey, cigars, or anything else.
I also post on Westfly under the name T Loop.

Last weekend of March (friday march 28th perhaps???) Mckenzie for the MB (look, we gotta do it in March.) Wether the MB's are out or not, I say stick with the name sake and shoot for Friday the 28th!
Okay... that's my input. Let's shoot for a date and go!
ps...anyone need a ride?
