has any one tryed the new ross evolution reels yet I was thinking of buying one the price seems fair for a ross wide arbor

From what I've seen they’re a pretty sweet reel. They don’t seem to have the same drag surface area as the Big Game, but they are 50 times lighter than the Big Game.
Going to buy the #3.5 in a couple of months for the 8wt I’m building.
You can never go wrong with Ross, best cust service in the business and a 2-day turn around for all warranty issues.
