Does anyone know someone who could professionally replace some handles on spare spools? The reel is a Hardy St. George...a beautiful reel that I bought about 25 years ago. It is silky smooth. When I bought it I also bought three extra spools. Problem is I have broken the handles off three of them when I didn't get my fingers out of the way fast enough as hot fish were heading into the next county. I would really like to get them fixed as I treasure this reel and enjoy it even more than other Hardy reels that I use.

Call kauffmans streamborn flies in Portland.
They should be able to tell you.
I had a hardy built SA reel that needed repair. It got sent back to England. Only took six months. So hopefully you can find someone state side to do it.
Or you may want to call Ollie Damons....they fix reels . Do a search for the number. There where some recent posts.

If they do not have 25 yr old parts - it might be obvious, but there is a "House of Hardy" site on the web with contact info.
